Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, ontwikkelen en verkopen van onze slimme fabrieksoplossingen aan industriële sectoren in de Benelux. Je richt je op sectoren waar wij al actief zijn of waar wij nieuwe markten willen ontwikkelen. Met een doordachte aanpak ontwikkel je een strategie om de verkoop van slimme fabrieksoplossingen te ontwikkelen en bouw je klantrelaties op met stakeholders op diverse niveaus. Je fungeert als hun primaire aanspreekpunt, begrijpt hun behoeften en weet technische mogelijkheden te vertalen naar toegevoegde waarde voor jouw klanten.

Profiel
  • Opleidingsachtergrond op BSc-MSc niveau in Bedrijfskunde, Engineering, Industriële Automatisering of een verwant vakgebied;
  • Ervaring met industriële B2B business development of verkoop in bijvoorbeeld industriële automatisering, productie of technologie sectoren. Ervaring met slimme fabrieken of Industrie 4.0-oplossingen zijn een pre;
  • Ondernemende en dienstverlenende instelling waarmee je klanten kunt ondersteunen en adviseren in hun digitale transformatie;
  • In staat nieuwe relaties en markten aan te boren en te ontwikkelen;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat complexe technische concepten over te brengen;
  • Teamspeler met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en projectmanagement vaardigheden;
  • Analytische instelling met probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • An excellent command of both Dutch and English.
