Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transformation Project Coordinator to support the successful rebranding of Eden Hotels into the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. This role involves assisting in the implementation of new branding across physical hotels and online platforms, as well as collaborating with various team members to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination
  • Maintain and track detailed project plans, including key milestones, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate activities related to updating physical and visual aspects of hotels, such as interior design, signage, and branding elements.
  • Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Support consistent application of brand standards across all rebranding activities.
Digital Transition Assistance
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the digital marketing team during adaptation of online platforms (website, reservation systems, OTAs, etc.).
  • Assist in ensuring accurate implementation of new brand standards in digital channels, working closely with IT and Digital Marketing Manager.
Communication and Launch Support
  • Work with the PR Manager to organize press and launch events introducing rebranded hotels.
  • Support internal communication efforts by preparing materials and updates for hotel employees about the rebranding process.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as a key point of contact for coordinating communication between stakeholders, such as hotel managers, marketing team members, and external vendors.
  • Prepare regular progress updates, summaries, and reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Brief knowledge of branding and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive market salary of € **60,000** per annum, further than 10 kilometers from your work, with a maximum of € **10.71** per day. You will also receive benefits such as training courses, opportunities for personal growth, and access to our global discount program. This is a maternity cover position for 7 months.
