We are a collaborative and innovative team that challenges the impossible and pushes the boundaries of what is possible. We are looking for a Clinical Operations Program Lead to join our team in a key role that will drive the success of our hematology/oncology programs.
Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Program Lead will provide strategic clinical operations expertise and input into the clinical development plans and activities for multiple hematology/oncology indications. The successful candidate will ensure successful operational planning, execution, and close-out of these strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the clinical operations strategy, in line with overall development strategy, including the assessment of required studies, their design, high-level estimation of timelines and budget, and risk assessment.
- Acquire competitive intelligence to define clinical operations strategies.
- Develop strategic high-level recruitment plans in support of operational execution of agreed strategies.
- Propose and define type of vendors needed in support of operational execution of agreed strategies.
- Oversee clinical program-level operational delivery regarding time, budget, and quality.
- Ensure audit/inspection readiness of allocated programs at all times.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, with experience in hematology/oncology programs. They will have excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
