Job Title: Offshore Immersion Specialist

DEME Group is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Immersion Specialist to join our team. As an Offshore Immersion Specialist, you will be responsible for the transportation and installation of concrete caissons for offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement work plans for the transportation and installation of concrete caissons
  • Coordinate with designers and engineers to define the outfitting of caissons for immersion and ballasting
  • Assist in the development of survey techniques for offshore operations
  • Coordinate activities with external parties, including Marine Warranty Surveyors and port authorities
  • Participate in the implementation phase of offshore projects
Requirements:
  • Qualified civil or industrial engineer with experience in offshore operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages an asset
