Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strong co-brand and Centurion line products in partnership with local and regional teams.
- Provide ideas for new and emerging Cardmember products and engagement capabilities.
- Manage all product and card member touchpoints to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Guide the Communication and Acquisition Team in strengthening customer lifecycle communications based on customer insights.
- Create best practices and leverage best practices within the cluster.
- Drive increased Share of Wallet, reduced attrition, growth in online billings, and increased NPS scores.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in value proposition driven, fact-based, strong analytical skills.
- Proactive, curious, outward-looking mentality.
- Ability to challenge status quo with problem-solving skills.
- Optimistic, team player, and winning mindset.
- Financially strong and building business cases.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English, in addition to fluent Dutch and/or French.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across different lines of Business/departments and regions.
