About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Management Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Radio Holland. As a key member of the CFO's office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the team and assisting in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Preparing and distributing financial reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CFO.
  • Managing emails and correspondence to maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Booking travel and accommodations for the CFO and other team members as needed.
  • Sending out reports and documents to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and gatherings to ensure accurate records.
  • Providing support in reviewing presentations and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to take on substantive tasks, such as managing global lease agreements and conducting research.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
