**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer with a strong mechanical background to join our team at ASML. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Risk Mitigation Plans: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop risk mitigation plans, interpreting supplier technology and manufacturability capabilities.
- Early Supplier Involvement: Participate in development projects from the early design phase to securing manufacturability and technology availability from suppliers.
- Quality Assurance: Manage and challenge manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and foolproof quality, using quality systems and tools.
- Supplier Documentation: Responsible for all supplier-related documentation to secure parts' quality from suppliers.
Requirements:
- Education: Vocational or Bachelor's degree in mechanics, mechatronics, material science engineering, industrial engineering, or supply chain engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a high-tech environment/supplier quality engineering at service organizations.
- Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written), team player, ability to work independently, pro-active quality assurance process mindset, and experience with Six Sigma Green (Black Belt) and problem-solving methods.
