Role Overview

  • Develop and nurture existing client relationships to foster organic growth and sustain business operations.
Oversee and coordinate the technical engineering processes, ensuring smooth project execution.

Provide guidance to the Project Lead and collaborate within the project team, including senior project leaders.

Offer functional support to the technical team, which includes technical engineers and designers.

Engage in cross-disciplinary activities and participate in on-site workshops.

Collaborate with clients to develop concepts and finalize solutions tailored to their needs.

Advise on safety protocols and occupational health standards relevant to the operational environment.

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, Account Managers, and fellow Sales Engineers to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in the water pump sector, construction industry, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with operational requirements, including RAW, EMVI, and UAV-GC.
  • Understanding of contract drafting processes.
