* Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure that all passengers are processed efficiently and effectively, adhering to Emirates Group's service standards and procedures.
* Collaborate with other airport services teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Monitor and manage queues, ensuring that priority is given to premium customers.
* Assist with the preparation and completion of pre and post-flight documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Cover the absence of check-in supervisors and prepare flight briefs, ensuring that all staff are aware of customer information and operational requirements.

Requirements:

* A good level of secondary education or equivalent.
* Experience in airport passenger services handling.
* Completion of relevant and recognized professional training courses in customer services and handling, ground operations, and reservations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch.
