About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Performance Excellence Manager to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading transformation processes and driving excellence in our production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation processes and implement Lean, TPM/TRACC, and Asset Management methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective change management and project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Successful track record in leading transformation processes and implementing Lean, TPM/TRACC, and Asset Management methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in working with CI, change management, and project management.
- Relevant and demonstrable experience and success in C.I., change management, and project management.
- Knowledge of tools and systems such as production monitoring, OEE, loss analysis, and cost savings reporting.
- Influencing skills without hierarchical power; demonstrable track record of working in complex organizations.
