Senior Product Analyst

At Travix, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and performance across our e-commerce experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead key analytical projects, including user journeys, checkout performance, post-sale optimization, and product optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand major challenges and opportunities, and execute solutions that involve advanced applied analytics methodologies.
- Establish KPIs for all products, blend behavioural data and product performance for deeper analysis, and develop and lead key analytical projects.
- Support business cases within the product team, quantify, analyse, and estimate impact, and collaborate on MVP scope.
- Define all web data requirements, write technical documentation for development teams, and lead technical implementations of new features or roll-out projects.
- Stay on top of trends and improvements related to web analytics tools, ensure we have the most up-to-date set up, and safeguard user's data privacy.
- Master's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant product performance experience in a similar job in an e-commerce environment, including experience with CRO.
- Expert knowledge of web analytics tools, BI tooling, data analysis, and data science methods.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and languages, customer-focused, and data-driven.
- Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills, and able to adapt to change.
