Energy Product Specialist

As an Energy Product Specialist at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our energy solutions portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities, and to lead product and project introductions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align timelines, forecasts, and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the energy solutions portfolio by identifying customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Lead product and project introductions, aligning with internal and external stakeholders regarding timelines, forecasts, and milestones.
- Collaborate with suppliers and departments to integrate EV, charging, and energy systems.
- Track innovations in energy management and storage, exploring new sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer energy Business Case calculation tools, perform sales and profit analyses, and report findings to improve sales strategies.
- Provide training for Sales departments, Dealers, and Customers.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and maintain regular communication with stakeholders like Sales units, Dealers, Customers, Suppliers, and more.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree with a strong background in Energy Supply/Management, Marketing, or Sales.
- Commercially driven with relevant experience, ideally within the automotive or energy management sectors.
- Familiar with managing Energy Management dashboards or similar solutions.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
