Energy Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Energy Product Manager to join our team at PACCAR Power Solutions. As an Energy Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our energy management solutions for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage our energy management portfolio, including energy storage systems, micro-grids, and energy consultancy services.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of various EV, charging, and energy systems.
- Manage projects, assortment reviews, and product introductions, and align with internal and external stakeholders via clear communication about project timings, forecasts, and milestones.
- Keep track of all energy management and storage innovations and explore and initiate new sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain customer energy Business Case calculation tools.
- Perform sales and profit analyses for your portfolio and report these in a structured way with the aim of improving sales and profit.
- Provide trainings to the Sales departments, Dealers, and Customers.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and have frequent consultations with Sales units, Dealers, Customers, Suppliers, Purchasing, Materials, Marketing Programs, Business Intelligence, and Truck Sales & Marketing.
- Masters degree or Bachelor with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Energy Supply and/or Management, Marketing, and Sales.
- Commercially driven and have several years of relevant working experience, preferably in the automotive and/or energy management industry.
- Experience in managing Energy Management dashboards or similar solutions.
- Eager on identifying commercial opportunities and know how to exploit these in a decisive, appropriate, and convincing way.
- Strong affinity with the electrification of the automotive industry.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and proactive, with a great sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the English language.
