Job DescriptionAs an Energy Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the portfolio of product, software, and service solutions for ensuring energy availability and cost efficiency for zero-emission truck customers. The portfolio includes energy management software, energy storage systems, micro-grids, and energy consultancy.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding the PACCAR Power Solutions portfolio by anticipating customer needs, market trends, and identifying opportunities. This includes managing projects, assortment reviews, and product introductions, as well as collaborating with suppliers and other DAF departments to ensure seamless integration of various EV, charging, and energy systems.
You will also be responsible for keeping track of all energy management and storage innovations, exploring and initiating new sales opportunities, and managing and maintaining customer energy Business Case calculation tools. Additionally, you will perform sales and profit analyses for your portfolio and report these in a structured way to improve sales and profit.
You will provide training to the Sales departments, Dealers, and Customers, and participate in multidisciplinary teams with frequent consultations with Sales units, Dealers, Customers, Suppliers, Purchasing, Materials, Marketing Programs, Business Intelligence, and Truck Sales & Marketing.
Requirements- Masters degree or Bachelor with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Energy Supply and/or Management, Marketing, and Sales.
- Commercially driven with several years of relevant working experience, preferably in the automotive and/or energy management industry.
- Experience in managing Energy Management dashboards or similar solutions.
- Strong affinity with the electrification of the automotive industry.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and proactive with a great sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the English language.
