Energy Product Manager

As an Energy Product Manager at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for managing and expanding our energy solutions portfolio. This involves identifying customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and introduction of new energy products and services, aligning with internal and external stakeholders regarding timelines, forecasts, and milestones.
- Collaborate with suppliers and departments to integrate EV, charging, and energy systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Track and analyze innovations in energy management and storage, exploring new sales opportunities and maintaining customer energy Business Case calculation tools.
- Provide training and support to Sales departments, Dealers, and Customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including Sales units, Dealers, Customers, Suppliers, and more.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree with a strong background in Energy Supply/Management, Marketing, or Sales.
- Commercially driven with relevant experience, ideally within the automotive or energy management sectors.
- Familiar with managing Energy Management dashboards or similar solutions.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
