ERM is seeking a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change Team in The Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will work on challenging projects across the full range of our corporate sustainability-related services, delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver larger projects along the corporate sustainability 'management cycle' – focused on strategy, impact measurement, and reporting.
  • Play an active role in project management, client relationship management, and business development activities.
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues, ensuring a realistic planning, good communication with the client and team, and pursuing and monitoring the quality of service.
  • Think strategically with clients to understand their needs and offer pragmatic and realistic solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven advisory skills, including analytical thinking, flexibility, proactivity, and good communication skills.
  • Extended experience in consulting and/or in corporate sustainability (e.g., at an accountancy firm or in a CSR team).
  • Experience with managing mid-large-sized projects and accurately managing and delivering multiple tasks based on their different deadlines and requirements.
  • Good people management skills, with a focus on wellbeing.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Ideal knowledge of sustainability concepts, such as the EU Taxonomy, Corporate Sustainability reporting (EU CSRD, TCFD, SASB, GRI), carbon management (GHG Protocol, SBTi), etc.
