About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Operations to lead our business operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business operations strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business operations strategies that align with our company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of business operations professionals to ensure the effective execution of business operations processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure the effective use of resources.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our management team to ensure the successful execution of business operations initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant completed WO (master) degree in business administration, business economics, or accountancy.
  • Demonstrable experience as a manager/head of business operations in various and larger organizations, preferably within the public domain.
  • Experience in managing finances, purchasing, and housing.
  • Demonstrable experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Experience with a diverse stakeholder field.

Requirements/Knock-out Criteria
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as head of operations or head of finance.
  • A completed education at least at university master level in the direction of Finance.
Award Criteria
  • At least 8 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as head of finance or comparable functions/assignments.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience as head of finance or operations at a healthcare and/or educational institution.
  • Available for 36 hours per week from November 1, 2024, at the latest.
