Senior Business Solutions Consultant

As a Senior Business Solutions Consultant at HCL Technologies, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities. You will translate these into clear and concise functional specifications, analyze available options, and suggest solutions that meet business requirements. Your strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. You will also provide support during testing and deployment, and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
2. Analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements.
3. Suggest solutions that meet business requirements.
4. Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
5. Provide support during testing and deployment.
6. Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience.
5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
Good understanding of Closed book of business (experience in migration).
Good understanding of Life and Pensions domain.
Good proficiency in German language.
Nice to have some understanding of the MSG product.
