About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at MR MARVIS, a fast-growing Amsterdam-based online menswear brand. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing creative projects, executing campaigns across all touchpoints, and defining campaign styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative projects, from image selection to execution delivery
  • Execute campaigns across all touchpoints, from ecom banners to print, OOH, and retail
  • Define campaign styles, including illustrations, infographics, and fonts
  • Prepare toolkits for project delivery to other departments
  • Work closely with our Creative Copywriter to seamlessly integrate design and copy
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all brand projects
  • Liaise with Ecom, PR, and Retail teams to ensure project smooth handovers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative, or similar role
  • A portfolio of completed design projects, either within an in-house creative studio or at an agency
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually to develop campaigns
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. After effects & Framer are a plus
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
  • Attention to details and a proven ability to demonstrate brand look and feel
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
  • Full-time availability
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
