About the Role
PVH Europe seeks a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer to join its global brand design team for Tommy Hilfiger. As a key member of the design function, the successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the Tommy Hilfiger brand to life through the creation of high-quality visual assets and graphic designs. Using the latest design techniques and tooling, the ideal candidate will develop and execute a wide range of creative output for various channels, including E-Commerce, digital marketing, social media, online advertising, retail, events, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept, build, and deliver graphic design projects allocated by the Operations team.
- Collaborate with E-Com stakeholders to design and build monthly homepage updates, landing pages, headers, e-spots, shop the look, and other features.
- Design and build newsletters and emailers in collaboration with CRM stakeholders, adhering to wireframes and business objectives.
- Design, amend, and deliver assets, including skins, crops, adaptations, albums, and provide design guidance and expertise in collaboration with Social Media stakeholders.
- Execute projects to brief in collaboration with Online & Digital Marketing stakeholders.
- Support 360 marketing initiatives, including image research, preparing layouts, and internal deck presentations.
- Own and deliver technical specs to all stakeholders and external parties to ensure best practice on work outside of individual project deliverables.
- Deliver overall aesthetic brand design guardianship aligned to the TH Global Brand Playbook in a mentorship style.
- Deputize for the Design team lead in their absence.
Requirements
- 7 years of similar or related graphic design work experience, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Deep working knowledge of design/animation tools, including the full Adobe suite, Figma, and After Effects.
- Developed aesthetic awareness and design principles evident in work to date.
- University or Engineering degree educated.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with general instruction.
- Ability to process map and define new procedures within the discipline.
- Effective collaborator that builds bridges with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate strong indexing in PVH Leadership Behaviors.
