About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in the Netherlands, RCEU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and policy development, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal support and secure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Represent H&M Group as an employer in the local market.
- Be responsible for the local Grievance mechanism and supporting tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with existing and upcoming legislations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including management teams, HR, and other functions to ensure effective implementation of People Relations policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- An education in HR, employment law, or policy development, or relevant work experience in this field.
- Knowledge of current labor legislation, best practices, and case law.
- Experience in supporting transformation and implementation strategies.
- Project management skills, including the ability to organize activities, set priorities, and deliver results within a clear time frame.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
H&M Group offers a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a staff discount card, usable on all H&M Group brands in stores and online, as well as extensive development opportunities around the globe.
