Grow-Talent is partnering with a leading multinational technology business to find a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist for their office in Lisbon. This role involves supporting premium members of a popular streaming platform.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and fluent Dutch speaker to join our customer support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
About the Role:
- Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers using various channels.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions within set time limits.
- Collaborate with specialists to resolve help tickets.
- Document actions taken and categorize cases.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Dutch (oral and written) and English (B2 level).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
