Dedicated Support Specialist for Talent Management

As a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our Dutch and English-speaking customers. With a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for helping our clients understand the Talent Management Suite, a cutting-edge HR solution that enables People teams to improve the full employee lifecycle.
This role is offered on a hybrid/remote basis from Amsterdam office (or NL) with a part-time employment option (32-36 hours per week). We offer a competitive salary of €37,200 annually, plus a range of benefits including an annual training budget, pension plan, travel reimbursement, and wellness perks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and precise first-line support via Intercom, resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to customer feedback;
- Carefully managing the needs of our Dutch and English-speaking customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently;
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the Talent Management Suite, serving as the voice of the customer, and working closely with other customer-facing departments;
- Collaborating on side projects to enhance the support team's capabilities and contribute to the company's growth;
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care or client-facing roles;
- Fluent Dutch and excellent English language skills;
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to work effectively with our technical team;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences;
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, concise information to customers;
- A customer-centric approach, with empathy and understanding for customer concerns;
- Team player skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and prioritize tasks effectively;
- A curiosity-driven mindset, with a desire to learn and adapt to new situations;
- Great listening skills, with the ability to transform customer feedback into actionable product suggestions;
