Talent Acquisition Specialist for Global Patient Support

As a Growth Marketer at our Amsterdam office, you'll be part of a passionate team shaping impactful digital initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally to boost customer acquisition, optimize conversion rates, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2C and B2B paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, overseeing creation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Craft high-converting, multilingual landing pages through targeted CRO experiments, focusing on data-driven strategies.
  • Implement ABM strategies and CRM workflows with RevOps, maximizing pipeline efficiency and conversions.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and nurturing sequences, ensuring seamless client engagement.
  • Drive SEO efforts through keyword research and content enhancements to boost search rankings and user engagement.
  • Create and oversee performance reports for Paid Search, Social Media, Web Analytics, and Email campaigns, highlighting growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and participate in client QBRs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

About You:

  • A seasoned Growth Marketer with 3-5 years of experience in paid advertising, CRO, and SEO, backed by a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools.
  • Proven analytical skills to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted workflows for tasks like copywriting, keyword research, and CRO, enhancing productivity.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for seamless collaboration within a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience being an asset.
  • A background in the medical or healthcare sector is preferred but not required.
