Dutch Speaking Customer Service Expert for Barcelona Office

Looking to recruit a skilled Dutch speaking Customer Service Expert for their Barcelona office. Located in the heart of Spain, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading multinational technology BPO company.
Job Description:
- Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/email and respond within SLA to customer.
- Solve complex requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge.
- Support technical enquiries and manage incidents of the clients product, car electrical chargers.
- Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
- Monitor / progress all open queries in queue.
- Evaluate potential service issues and escalate them to the appropriate level.
- Maintain contractual SLA and meet performance standards.
- Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager.
- Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.
Requirements:
- Native / fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment
- Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
- Capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating them when needed
- Implement and manage changes in processes effectively
- Good communication and team skills, flexibility
