Grow-Talent.com is pleased to announce a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Dutch speaking Sales Development Specialist to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Barcelona, Spain.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €65,000 based on industry standards and the company's remuneration package.
This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for an individual who can drive sales growth through proactive management, identify new business opportunities, and develop strong client relationships.
Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies;
- Driving profitability through proactive management of sales activities;
- Tracking and managing ongoing sales pipeline activity;
- Reviewing client satisfaction levels and communicating feedback to relevant parties;
- Preparing commercial and technical service proposals that meet client requirements;
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native or fluent level of Dutch, both spoken and written, with excellent English language skills (B2 level minimum);
- Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel;
- Solid knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- The ability to work independently while being a team player;
- A flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
