We are seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Business Partner team at JetBrains, where you will play a vital role in driving sales excellence practices and managing the KPI process. If you have a proven track record of developing and managing KPI systems, analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

The Senior Sales Performance Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with sales leads, communicate effectively, and be responsible for:

  • Developing a comprehensive KPI scheme
  • Performing performance analysis for sales roles and functions
  • Managing the goal-setting process from KPI setting to payment
  • Developing metrics for sales excellence and pipeline quality, including win-loss analysis and pipeline hygiene
  • Managing sales forecasts
  • Closely cooperating with commercial unit heads
  • Preparing regular reports to analyze plan and goal implementation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and managing KPI systems
  • Solid analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
  • A structured and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics, IT, or management
  • Proactive and outcome-focused work ethic

You will thrive in this environment if you possess professional knowledge of Excel (functions and pivot tables) and SQL knowledge, as well as experience in business processes setting and optimization.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
