Expert in Customer Service

You will play a crucial role as a service center expert at Telio Management GmbH, based in our beautiful Amsterdam offices. As a key member of our international service center team, you will work closely with colleagues from the service team and other departments to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their requests and inquiries via email, phone, and our service portal.
  • You will troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to our second-level technical services and IT teams.
  • You will validate, classify, and prioritize incidents, ensuring seamless communication with customers until resolution.
  • You will maintain a high first contact resolution (FCR) rate and adhere to our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • You will develop and communicate reports, such as root cause analyses, and contribute to the enhancement of our service center knowledge base.
  • You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to further enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Profile

We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and organized individual with extensive experience in service center operations, preferably in telecommunications and/or IT. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Dutch and English (upper intermediate B2). Additionally, you should be confident in using Microsoft Office products and have experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
