About the Role


As a Customer Experience Specialist with AllSaints, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing an exceptional brand experience through styling, product knowledge, and customer service.



Responsibilities



  • Style our customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring product is readily available and floor sets are upheld to high standards.
  • Process transactions and manage stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using our in-store digital tools.
  • Respond to first-line customer queries via our online customer service system, escalating complex issues to specialist teams as needed.
  • Greet customers and tailor approaches to support their visit purpose, while maintaining housekeeping standards and supporting team members.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets, selling collections and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
