Aesop, a global retail organisation, is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will embody the brand's desire to engage and guide customers in their skincare journey.

Role Overview

This position operates on a part-time basis, with 15-20 hours of work per week. The role involves working on-site, welcoming customers into our spaces, and through intentional interactions, deepening their experience with our products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers into our stores and provide exceptional service to drive commercial success
  • Demonstrate products that address customer needs and deliver an inclusive customer experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial success of the store
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
  • Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all

With a salary of €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
