Customer Experience Team Lead

Ambitious and results-driven leader sought to spearhead our Customer Experience Team in Europe. As a seasoned manager, you will oversee a team of experienced CX Specialists and Leads, ensuring seamless customer support across multiple channels and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams of CX professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct strategic team and cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration and engagement
  • Serve as a customer advocate, synthesizing insights to inform product, engineering, and operations decisions
  • Provide timely and actionable feedback to drive growth and accountability within the team
  • Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain consistently high service standards

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in CX, with a track record of growth and success
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for leading in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a patient and solution-oriented approach to management
  • Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week to foster team engagement and culture
  • Commitment to continuous learning in AI and adapting to a rapidly evolving field
