Senior Manager, Customer Experience Lead

Ambitious and results-driven leader sought to spearhead our Customer Experience Team in Europe. As a seasoned manager, you will oversee a team of experienced CX Specialists and Leads, ensuring seamless customer support across multiple channels and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams of CX professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct strategic team and cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration and engagement
- Serve as a customer advocate, synthesizing insights to inform product, engineering, and operations decisions
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to drive growth and accountability within the team
- Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements
- Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain consistently high service standards
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in CX, with a track record of growth and success
- Strategic mindset with a passion for leading in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a patient and solution-oriented approach to management
- Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week to foster team engagement and culture
- Commitment to continuous learning in AI and adapting to a rapidly evolving field
