Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Cartier. As a Senior Ambassador, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of customer service representatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and training as needed
- Collaborate with the quality specialists team to monitor and improve the quality of interactions with clients
- Analyze KPIs and make recommendations for process improvements
- Support team and individual performance improvement by working closely with the L&D team
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members
- Represent the team in meetings and communicate updates to the team
- 2-4 years of experience in a team lead or management role in a customer service environment
- Significant experience in customer service, retail sales, or call center/e-commerce related activities
- Excellent organizational and people management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Native German speaker with fluency in English
- Valid work permit in the Netherlands
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
