We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to support our growing European and international Sales and Customer Support team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer interactions and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong track record of supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Support quote and contract review to ensure accurate order details, track activities within CRM systems to enhance communication, and align with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Customer Communication: Follow up on customer orders, work with Operations to meet plant lead times, and prepare and provide data for customer order reports as requested.
  • Logistics and Fulfillment: Generate fulfillment orders to the European based warehouse, address delivery-related questions, and ensure timely shipments.
  • Support and Training: Provide ongoing support for customers post-implementation and support the completion of forms for new accounts, credit applications, and other applicable approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, plus a minimum of 4+ years of related customer service/support experience.
  • Experience working in a startup environment, knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, and knowledge of logistics are preferred.
  • Ability to be adaptable, learn new processes quickly, and become a subject matter expert in the process.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, relationship-building, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative in business situations.
