Job Description- Be the Voice: Engage directly with clients, interpreting their needs and crafting deliverables that exceed expectations.
- Collaboration: Partner with various departments to create one-stop solutions that enhance the client experience.
- Communication: Keep clients informed about business developments and seize opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare insightful internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness that inform strategic decisions.
- Order Management: Oversee the daily flow of orders, managing everything from backlogs to new part setups with finesse.
We value candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics setting. You should possess a customer-centric mindset together with outstanding communication skills, confidence to assert yourself while maintaining calm under pressure, a keen eye for process improvements, and critical thinking.
