Company Overview

This prominent BPO firm is seeking an exceptional Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, providing top-notch customer service and support.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts. You will address user needs efficiently, record call details in the call management system, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products.

  • Handle customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Record call details and ensure timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLA.
  • Maintain knowledge of services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications.

You will also escalate potential service issues to senior team members, adhere to project processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with contractual SLA. Additionally, you will provide coverage for other agents in their absence and collaborate with the team on specific projects when requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Competency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.

You should also have a strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment and excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
