At Grow-Talent, we are working with a leading outsourcing and business process outsourcing company in Barcelona that is seeking an experienced Dutch speaking customer support representative.

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to handle incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, or automated alerts.

  • Proactively address customer needs and resolve issues within agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Record call details accurately and maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products tailored to individual customer applications.
  • Evaluate and escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.

Maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level). Collaborate with the team on specific projects as requested and contribute to achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Competency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
Salary and Benefits:
