Multinational BPO Customer Service Specialist

Grow-Talent is collaborating with a leading technology company to fill the role of Dutch-speaking Multinational BPO Customer Service Specialist in their Barcelona office.
Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per year (depending on experience).
Job Description:This position involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely response and resolution while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer requests
- Log call details and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Solve complex technical issues requiring higher knowledge levels
- Support technical enquiries and manage incidents related to clients' products, specifically car electrical chargers
- Progress/close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on the call management system
- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
- Monitor/progress all open queries in the queue
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both verbally and written; proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment
- Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
- Capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating when needed
- An excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance
- A rotating shift schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 AM - 08 PM
