We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent German-speaking customer service employee to join our team at YoungCapital. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Job Description:
In this role, you will work alongside a vibrant mix of experienced customer service professionals and students. Your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries in German, resolving issues, and managing various administrative duties. You will start with thorough training from experienced team members to ensure a smooth transition into your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in German via phone and email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Manage administrative duties, such as data entry and documentation
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent ability
- Ability to work at least 32 hours per week
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly wage of €14 - €15
- Travel expenses for public transportation reimbursed
- Flexible working: 50% from home and 50% from the office
