About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Journey Expert to optimize our customer journey and processes. As the bridge between IT and business, you will identify and translate client needs into functional designs, translating your vision into our strategy and roadmap. Your expertise will help us create a future-proof, risk-based ongoing due diligence customer journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the Know Your Customer & Financial Economic Crime (KYC & FEC) domain, responsible for minimizing the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • You will optimize customer journeys and improve processes using data-driven insights.
  • You will work with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Owners, CJE's, and IT developers.
  • You will manage process risks, key controls, PARP, and policies associated with our journeys.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
