At art'otel Amsterdam, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will work closely with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless and efficient service, while also learning the ins and outs of our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our guests.
  • Work closely with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless and efficient service, including taking reservations, handling guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Learn and understand hotel operations, including room assignments, key management, and guest communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, hospitality, and hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
