We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supplier Billing Specialist to join our Finance team at MediaMarkt Benelux. Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing processes towards our 2.500 suppliers, including the preparation, issuance, and tracking of invoices.
- Ensure all billing information is correct and complies with company policies and legal regulations.
- Address any discrepancies or errors in invoices promptly.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and manage payment collections.
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance efficiency.
- Implement best practices for billing operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with billing software and financial management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
