As a Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our commercial and finance teams in operational and administrative processes.

You'll work accurately, think critically, and act as a gatekeeper between commercial and financial organizations, assisting with Order-to-Cash processes like Order Confirmation creation, subscription maintenance, invoicing, and cash collection.

In addition to administrative tasks, you'll be responsible for improving and automating processes to reduce manual work, collaborating with a Sr. Support and Operations Specialist in your region to develop the required knowledge and deliver high-quality output.
