Job Title: Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist to join our team at Sana Commerce. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial team and ensuring the smooth execution of our revenue operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Agreement Support: Assist in the creation of order confirmations, evaluate commercial agreements against company guidelines, and ensure timely and accurate documentation and storage of commercial agreements in our tooling.
  • Contract Administration: Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure correct usage of company tooling, document commercial agreements in financial administration, and guarantee complete contract administration and accurate invoicing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate commercial reporting for accuracy and completeness, and support the finance team in periodic contract indexation.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, open invoices, and payments.
  • Process Documentation: Support the global RevOps team in maintaining the internal knowledge base and ensuring correct process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations/Administrative roles.
  • Education: At least a MBO Diploma related to finance, economics, business administration, etc.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and great numerical and Excel skills.
