Job Title: Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist

At Sana Commerce, we're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our revenue operations and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Operations Support: Provide first-line support to our commercial team, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and storage of commercial agreements in our tooling system.
  • Contract Administration: Assist in evaluating commercial agreements according to company guidelines, guarantee complete contract administration, and accurate invoicing.
  • Financial Administration: Support the finance team in periodic contract indexation and evaluate commercial reporting on accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries on invoices, open invoices, and payments.
  • Process Documentation: Collaborate with the global RevOps team to maintain accurate process documentation and our internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations/Administrative roles.
  • Education: At least a MBO Diploma related to finance, economics, business administration, etc.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and great numerical and Excel skills.
