Job Title: Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations and Collections Specialist to join our team at Sana Commerce. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing support in operational and administrative processes, including order confirmation creation, evaluating commercial agreements, and documenting and storing details of commercial agreements in tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support to the commercial team and provide guidance on operational and administrative processes.
  • Assist in order confirmation creation, evaluate commercial agreements, and document and store details of commercial agreements in tooling.
  • Guide the commercial team in the correct usage of company tooling.
  • Assist with documenting commercial agreements in financial administration and ensure complete contract administration and accurate invoicing.
  • Support the finance team in periodic contract indexation.
  • Evaluate commercial reporting on accuracy and completeness.
  • Responsible for customer inquiries on invoices, open invoices, and payments.
  • Support the global RevOps team in correct process documentation and maintaining the internal knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations/Administrative roles.
  • At least a MBO Diploma related to finance, economics, business administration, etc.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail: ability to work precisely and thoroughly according to processes.
  • Great numerical and Excel skills.
