Job Title: Technical Engineers for NPI

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Technical Engineers to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in driving quality, process, and manufacturing improvements during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing quality control plans, process optimization strategies, and manufacturing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality, process, and manufacturing improvements during NPI phases.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, process optimization strategies, and manufacturing protocols.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to address any issues identified during NPI processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout NPI projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or related field).
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, process optimization techniques, and manufacturing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with high-tech module and machinery development is advantageous.
