Job Title: Project Manager NPI

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team at VDL Enabling Technologies Group. As a Project Manager NPI, you will be responsible for introducing and industrializing new mechatronic modules and/or systems from the development phase to the 'release for volume' phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including technical, financial, logistical, and quality aspects.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers with various specializations, including factory engineers, procurement, manufacturing engineers, supply chain engineers, and quality engineers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the complex manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent technical and commercial knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
