We are Sherpany, the Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Founded in 2011, our mission is to revolutionize the way businesses conduct meetings, making them more productive and driving corporate success.

Your Mission:

  • Identify potential corporate customers and get them excited about our meeting management solution.
  • Utilize various channels to identify decision-makers and initiate contact, resulting in 50 calls per day.
  • Win over potential customers through persuasive phone or email interactions, leading to follow-up meetings between sales executives and qualified leads.
  • Manage data in our CRM tool and adhere to sales processes.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, such as trade fairs.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and experience in a similar Sales role.
  • 'Fearless' approach to convincing people over the phone.
  • Dutch at a native level and English at a good level.
  • Excellent communication skills for sales and small talk.
  • Positive mindset and resilient attitude to turn problems into opportunities.
  • Result-driven, independent, and organized.
