Business Architect

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our Global Business Services organization. As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by designing and implementing effective business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain architectural procedures, policies, and governance for Enterprise Service Management;
- Ensure the Enterprise Service Management system is fit for purpose and aligned with standards;
- Drive standardization and compliance to agreed Enterprise Service Management framework;
- Provide guidance on designing and maintaining fit-for-purpose Enterprise Service Management processes;
- Define architectural direction for solutions related to Enterprise Service Management;
- Collaborate with IT Solution architects to develop, analyze, and implement solutions;
- Provide advice to operational delivery on the impact of processes;
- 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a Business/Enterprise Architect or Business Process Owner role, preferably in a GBS/Shared Service organization;
- Deep understanding of an Enterprise Service Management framework and processes, including how such processes are supported by state-of-the-art solutions;
- Preferably experience and knowledge from a multinational organization;
- Ability to oversee the big picture and work out details to bring the vision to life;
- Capacity to make complex topics simple and transparent;
- Good social and effective communication skills;
- Curious and innovative mindset;
- Proactive/hands-on attitude;
- Team player with a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural understanding;
