Job Title: Subcontracts Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Engineer to join our team at Archirodon Group N.V. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for procuring subcontracts, drafting and negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure subcontracts as allocated by the Subcontract Manager and ensure timely delivery.
  • Draft and negotiate relevant agreements, including subcontract and services agreements.
  • Assist the Subcontracts Manager in post-award activities, including variations and claims management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all requirements are included in bidding documents.
  • Review and follow up on contractual rights and duties for each subcontract.
  • Draft correspondence with subcontractors, including notices to correct and variations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • Four to six years of experience in a Subcontracts/Contracts Engineer role.
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas projects is necessary.
  • Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC or equivalent is highly preferable.
  • Flexible for moving to site location.
  • Fluency in English is necessary.
